Care Taken is a take on the phrase "take care," but in past tense. Meaning we have taken the steps to take care of ourselves and our bodies. I love trying new things and this is a way for me to create events that are unique to our surroundings.

I want to hold space for those in the community who are wanting to do yoga. I want to bring people together to experience yoga and make new connections. It is beginner friendly and caters to all levels. My goal is to practice yoga in unique places, such as parks, museums, businesses and other event spaces.
